If something went wrong with a payment, contact us within 14 days and we will look into it.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Purchases, rentals and scratch cards

Digital purchases and redeemed scratch cards cannot usually be refunded once used, but we will always put right a payment taken in error.
